Based in Foshan, SunnyJoy has grown from experience in building structures, aluminum-profile processing, and outdoor-space products. We develop and manufacture movable, retractable, and modular aluminum structures, with retractable garages at the core alongside mobile sunrooms, pool enclosures, aluminum carports, and related outdoor-space products.
Supported by Foshan's aluminum supply chain, factory production, and assembly capability, SunnyJoy connects product development, material selection, structural assembly, finished-product inspection, and export packing. Alongside overseas dealers, contractors, hotels, and commercial-project partners, we also support consumer-facing markets by considering the real parking conditions, everyday operating experience, and long-term outdoor use of villa owners, households, and property operators.

Early information review
Collect site photos, parking quantity, vehicle dimensions, available width and height, ground slope, drainage position, wall or column conditions, power location, and local climate requirements to confirm product size, opening clearance, and installation boundaries.
Solution and configuration
For single-car, double-car, or commercial parking scenarios, confirm frame size, panel choice, color, door type, manual or motorized configuration, fixing method, shipping split, and destination document requirements.
Production and factory check
During production, follow profile cutting, frame assembly, hardware installation, roller-door or opening-structure testing, surface inspection, and finished-size review, then match key inspection points with the project documents.
Packing, loading, and documents
Separate parts by project, protect surfaces, check accessories and fasteners, and organize labels, loading photos, packing lists, and installation documents so overseas teams can check goods quickly after arrival.
Installation communication
After delivery, provide document support around installation sequence, structural fixing, door adjustment, drainage, and finishing details so partners can transfer the factory solution to the site.
Early exploration
Starting from building and exhibition-shelter experience, a 12-person R&D team explored profiles, transmission structures, and mechanical principles.
Technical validation
Hotel and pool-cover projects turned early R&D into real installations and verified the direction of architecture that connects with nature.
Company operation
The company structure was formalized, the Guangheyue brand was registered, and GHY became an early overseas identity.
Brand iteration
The English brand evolved into SunnyJoy while the team kept developing mobile sunrooms, large-span structures, green-energy buildings, and retractable garages.
International expansion
With upgraded capacity and about 5,000 sqm of assembly and storage space, SunnyJoy started European partner discussions for overseas growth.
